Session Description:

  • Recognize the effect of personal leadership styles on the work environment
  • Recognize the diversity of temperaments in the work environment 
  • Increase self awareness in leadership styles
  • Develop personal leadership vision statement

Frederick Leafgren, PhD

Personality Resources International

Dr. Fred Leafgren’s career includes years of teaching, presenting, training, consulting, mentoring, and administration. He has a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Michigan State University with undergraduate degrees in chemistry and biology. He has post doctoral training in Transactional Analysis, Neuro Linguist Programming and Jungian Psychology. Dr. Leafgren is a pioneer in health promotion and is co-author of the Lifestyle Assessment Questionnaire.  He is co-founder of the National Wellness Institute.  He has extensive training and experience in the area of human development.  He has been a presenter and author on this topic for over thirty years. Dr. Leafgren is also the author of numerous articles and books on human development, wellness, and human relations and communication. He is Chairman of Personality Resources International, a human performance training organization.  This organization provides extensive in-depth training in human relations and communications for corporations, health care professionals, educational institutions, and community and governmental agencies.
