Effective Training from Start to Finish

This course is designed for subject matter experts who are given responsibility to teach adults about their area of expertise. Rather than a fictional exercise, participants use an example of a course they are planning to practice the concepts and skills.

When participants complete this course they will be able to:

  • Describe the five components of successful training
  • Identify the three major types of learners
  • Use learning objectives to focus your training
  • Use techniques to help the learners get the most out of class
  • Use evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training

This course include a participants workbook. PowerPoint is highly discouraged. Members must be logged in to view and download files.
